Fast Food Nutrition Calculators started from a simple frustration: menu boards give you a price and a picture, but rarely a clear picture of what you’re actually eating. Nutrition PDFs exist, but they’re long, hard to search on a phone, and don’t add up your specific order for you. We built this site to close that gap.
What We Do
We build free, independent calorie and nutrition calculators for popular fast food and restaurant chains. Each calculator lets you build your order item by item — including common add-ons and customizations — and see a running total of calories, protein, carbs, fat and sodium. Alongside each calculator, we publish a plain-language guide covering the questions people actually search for: which items are lightest, which are heaviest, and how small changes to an order shift the numbers.
How We Source Our Data
Nutrition figures on this site are compiled from publicly available nutrition information, including brand-published nutrition guides and recognized nutrition reference sources. We present this information for general educational and informational purposes and note wherever figures are approximate. Full details are in our disclaimer.
What We’re Not
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant brand featured on this site. We’re not a medical or dietary advice service, and we don’t replace a conversation with a registered dietitian or your doctor if you have specific health or allergy concerns. We’re simply an independent tool built to make fast food nutrition information easier to find and use.
What’s Live Today
We currently have full calculators live for 15 chains: McDonald’s, KFC, Subway, Dunkin’, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Wendy’s, Burger King, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, Five Guys, Panda Express and Dairy Queen — see the full list of calculators to jump straight to any of them. We’re continuing to add more chains beyond this list; if there’s one you’d like us to prioritize, let us know via our Contact page.
