Five Guys Nutrition Calculator

Loading calculator…

Five Guys doesn’t hide much — the menu is short, the toppings are free, and the fries come in a bag bigger than the cup holder. This Five Guys nutrition calculator lets you build your burger exactly the way you’d order it at the counter, topping by topping, so the “free toppings” don’t turn into a free-for-all on your total.

This independent calculator is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Five Guys. Brand and product names are used for identification and nominative reference only. See our full disclaimer.

How to Use This Five Guys Calculator

Add your burger or hot dog, then check off toppings — cheese, bacon, mayo, grilled onions and more — the same way you’d list them at the counter. Add fries separately: Little, Regular and Large, plus Cajun Style. Five Guys publishes nutrition by component, so a burger here is the official bun plus patty values.

Market: United States. Values are per standard serving as named, before customizations. Values come from Five Guys' official U.S. Nutrition & Allergen Guide (September 2026). Five Guys lists nutrition by component; burgers here are bun + patties, and toppings are added individually. Values can vary by supplier and restaurant. Five Guys' published calories and macros don't add up exactly (for example, the Hamburger's protein, carbs and fat suggest fewer calories than the 844 listed); we show their official figures. Data source and review status.

Why Are Five Guys Fries So High in Calories?

A Regular order of fries is 953 calories on its own — more than the 844-calorie Hamburger (bun plus two patties). A Little Fries is 526 calories and a Large is 1,314. Five Guys fries are cooked in peanut oil.

How Much Do Free Toppings Really Add?

Most vegetable toppings add very little: grilled onions are 11 calories and grilled mushrooms 6. Mayonnaise adds 111 calories, and cheese (one slice) and bacon (two pieces) each add 70. Adding all three to a Little Hamburger (542 calories) adds 251 calories.

Frequently Asked Questions About Five Guys Nutrition

A Little Hamburger (bun plus one patty) is 542 calories, with 23g of protein, 35g of carbs, 25g of fat and 360mg of sodium before toppings, calculated from Five Guys’ official bun and patty values.

A Regular order of Five Guys Style fries is 953 calories, with 131g of carbs, 41g of fat and 962mg of sodium — more calories than any burger in this calculator.

At Five Guys, a “Hamburger” is two patties by default; a single-patty burger is called a “Little Hamburger.” The same naming applies to cheeseburgers and bacon burgers.

The figures come from Five Guys’ official U.S. Nutrition & Allergen Guide (September 2026) and were checked on September 25, 2026. Five Guys lists nutrition by component, so burgers and the hot dog are the sum of the official bun and patty (or hot dog) values. Portions can vary, so confirm with Five Guys for allergies or medical diets.
